"Phil has been handling our association phase 3 since it was turned over from the builder. Phil truly is the best and truly cares about our association property from day one. No homeowners have ever complained about the work they have done on our properties. Phil always made sure our property was meticulously cleaned up. I would even see his workers here during the winter and off season from our contract dates and they would made sure the property ALWAYS looked great! Every time we needed extra work done, like mulch, rocking or retaining wall work, he always had the best prices on every project he quoted us.
